    What is your return policy?

    We offer a 15-Day No Reason Return Policy. You may return items within 15 days of delivery (based on tracking records) for a refund. Items must be undamaged and include all original accessories.

    How long is the warranty for the V20?

    We provide a 1-Year Warranty for the keyboard/mouse covering factory defects that affect functionality. This does not cover normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications, or misuse.

    Does the V20 require driver software?

    No, the V20 is designed as a Plug-and-Play device. It does not support or require any driver software. You can simply plug it in and start using it immediately.

    What if my V20 arrives damaged or defective?

    If you find a defect within 7 days of delivery, please contact support@eweadn.com immediately with your order number and solid proof (we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video). If verified as a manufacturing defect, we will arrange a replacement and cover the shipping.

    I received an incorrect item. What should I do?

    Please check your package carefully before signing and record an unboxing video. If items are missing or wrong, email us with photos/videos and your order number. Upon confirmation, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

    The V20 supports Tri-Mode Connectivity: Bluetooth, 2.4G Wireless, and Type-C Wired. You can easily switch between devices (laptop, PC, tablet) using the mode switch or key combinations.

    Can I return the keyboard if I don't like the typing sound or switch feel?

    Returns based on personal preference (e.g., sound, appearance, key feel) are accepted only if the product remains unopened and in its original sealed packaging.

    • Unopened: You can return it, but you are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties.
    • Opened/Used: We generally do not accept returns for personal preference once the seal is broken.
