Return and Refund Policy

1. 15-Day No Reason Return Policy

We offer a 15-day no reason return policy to ensure your confidence in our products. You may return items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the conditions below.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of purchase (based on tracking record).
  • Items must be undamaged, in their original packaging, and include all accessories intact.
  • Returns based on personal preference (such as sound, appearance, or hand feel) may be considered only if the product remains unopened and in its original sealed packaging. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for return shipping and any applicable customs duties or taxes. If the product has been opened or used, returns are generally not accepted, except in cases of defects or incorrect items.
  • Some items may not be eligible for the 15-day no reason return policy. Please check the product page or contact customer service.
  • Return requests must be approved by EWEADN support before sending any items. Returns without prior authorization will not be refunded.

Return Process:

  • Contact our customer service team at and provide your order number before initiating a return.
  • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide the return address.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds may be partial if the product is used, damaged, or missing accessories.

2. 1-Year Warranty Policy

EWEADN provides a 1-year warranty for keyboards, mice, switches, and included accessories. Items such as keycap pullers, switch pullers, spare keycaps, cables, and promotional items are not covered.

Warranty Coverage:

  • Factory defects that affect product functionality are covered.
  • Products with defaced or altered serial numbers, or unauthorized software modifications, are not covered.
  • Warranty does not cover consumables or normal wear and tear.

How to Claim Warranty:

  • Send an email to with your order number or screenshot of your purchase.
  • Include photos and/or videos clearly showing the manufacturing defect.
  • Once confirmed, we will send a replacement or arrange for repair. We may request return of the defective unit.

Shipping Responsibilities:

  • EWEADN covers return shipping for items under warranty (excluding local taxes/import fees).
  • For items beyond 1 year, repair service is available, but customers cover two-way shipping fees.

3. Factory Defective Upon Arrival

  • For defects within 7 days of delivery, provide solid proof (we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video).
  • If confirmed as a manufacturing defect (excluding unauthorized modifications), EWEADN will provide a shipping label and reship replacement after receiving the return.
  • Shipping costs are not covered for full refunds.

4. Factory Defective After 7 Days

  • Items claimed faulty after 7 days must be returned for inspection.
  • EWEADN does not cover return shipping in this case.
  • For items under warranty, EWEADN covers repair or replacement and return shipping (excluding local taxes/import fees).
  • For items beyond warranty (over 1 year), repair service is available if customers cover two-way shipping fees.

5. What If the Parcel Has Been Shipped but Not Delivered?

  • First, contact your local courier using the tracking number.
  • If the parcel is in transit for over 3 months, it may be lost.

Orders under $50: You may opt for a one-time reshipment or full refund.
Orders over $50: Only a 50% refund will be processed.

Possible reasons for missing delivery:

  • Delivered to mailbox or neighbors
  • Parcel stolen
  • Refusal to sign for delivery
  • Wrong or incomplete address/phone number

We recommend expedited or express shipping with signature requirement to avoid delivery issues.

6. Incorrect or Missing Item(s) Upon Delivery

  • Check your package carefully before signing, and record an unboxing video.
  • If you receive incorrect or missing items, email with a clear subject, include order number and issue description, and attach photos or videos showing the problem and shipping details.
  • If evidence is insufficient, we may request additional details.
  • Upon confirmation, EWEADN will arrange replacement, partial refund, or full refund as applicable.
  • EWEADN reserves the right to determine whether incorrect items need to be returned before issuing a replacement or refund.

7. Warranty Not Applicable When

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized repair/modification, or neglect.
  • Products not purchased from .
  • Wear of consumables beyond expected lifetime.
  • Failure to follow user guides or safety instructions.
  • Commercial use or unsupervised use by minors under 18.
  • Damage from weather or natural disasters.
