15-Day No Reason Return Policy
We offer a 15-day no reason return policy to ensure your confidence in our products. You may return items within 15 days of purchase for a full refund.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 15 days of purchase (confirmed by shipping tracking record).
- Items must be in undamaged condition and in their original packaging with all accessories intact.
- Some items may not be eligible for the 15-day no reason return policy. Please check the product page or contact customer service for details.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at support@eweadn.com and provide your order number before initiating a return.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide the return address.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs of returning the item, as well as any applicable customs duties. Please note that not all products incur customs fees.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-14 business days.
- Return shipping fees and any related taxes or customs charges will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error.
1-Year Warranty Policy
EWEADN offers a 1-year warranty for keyboards, mice, switches, and accessories. Items such as keycap pullers, switch pullers, spare keycaps, cables, and other accessories included in the package are not covered by the warranty.
To claim warranty or confirm product eligibility, please contact us at support@eweadn.com. Warranty does not cover products with defaced or altered serial numbers, or unauthorized software modifications.
Defective Products
Our warranty covers factory defects that affect product functionality. The following are not covered:
- Defects caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation, self-repair, unauthorized modifications, neglect, or overuse.
- Wear and tear of consumable parts beyond their expected lifetime.
How to Claim Warranty?
- Send an email to support@eweadn.com with your order number or a screenshot of your purchase.
- Include photos and videos clearly showing the manufacturing defect in accordance with our warranty policy.
- Once confirmed, we will send a replacement. We may require return of the defective unit for exchange.
How to Return Items?
To return an item, please email us at support@eweadn.com. After verifying your request, you must provide the tracking number for the return shipment within 10 days. Failure to do so may void your warranty.
Factory Defective Upon Arrival
For factory defects within 7 days of delivery, please provide solid proof (we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video). If confirmed as manufacturing defects (excluding unauthorized modifications), EWEADN will provide a shipping label and reship replacement after receiving the return. Shipping cost is not covered for full refunds.
Factory Defective After 7 Days
Items claimed faulty after 7 days must be returned for inspection. EWEADN does not cover shipping cost in this case.
For items under warranty, EWEADN covers repair or replacement and return shipping (excluding local taxes/import fees). For items beyond warranty (over 1 year), free repair service is available if customers cover two-way shipping fees.
Note: Warranty procedures may vary by product and issue. Please contact us immediately to avoid voiding your warranty.
What If the Parcel Has Been Shipped but Not Delivered?
- First, contact your local courier using the tracking number.
- If the parcel is in transit for over 3 months, it may be lost.
- Orders under $50: You may opt for a one-time reshipment or full refund.
- Orders over $50: Only a 50% refund will be processed.
- Possible reasons for missing delivery:
- Delivered to mailbox or neighbors
- Parcel stolen
- Refusal to sign for delivery
- Wrong or incomplete address/phone number
- We recommend expedited/express shipping with signature requirement to avoid delivery issues.
Incorrect or Missing Item(s) Upon Delivery
- Check your package carefully before signing, and record an unboxing video.
- If you receive incorrect or missing items:
- Email support@eweadn.com with a clear subject.
- Include your order number and describe the issue.
- Attach photos or videos showing the problem and shipping details.
- If evidence is insufficient, we may request more details.
- Upon confirmation, we will arrange replacement, partial refund, or full refund as applicable.
- EWEADN reserves the right to decide if incorrect items need to be returned.
Warranty Not Applicable When:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized repair/modification, or neglect.
- Products not purchased from https://eweadn.com/ (e.g., AliExpress, Amazon, local dealers).
- Wear of consumables beyond expected lifetime.
- Failure to follow user guides or safety instructions.
- Commercial use or unsupervised use by minors under 18.
- Damage from weather or natural disasters.
