Which countries do you ship to?
1. Shipping Availability
We offer Standard Shipping to most countries via YunExpress and Yanwen Express, with free shipping for most products. However, shipping methods may vary depending on your location. During the checkout process, the available shipping method(s) will be displayed before the payment page.
For certain countries or regions, including but not limited to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, India, and some other locations, we are unable to provide Express Shipping due to logistical constraints. This may also change depending on factors such as pandemics, wars, or other global disruptions. Please feel free to contact us for the most accurate and up-to-date shipping information.
2. Shipping Cost
Most products qualify for free shipping via Standard Shipping. However, for certain items that are oversized (e.g., CY5 headphones) or smaller, non-essential items (e.g., the 1K receiver), there may be additional shipping charges. The applicable shipping cost will be displayed on the checkout page prior to payment.
Please note that import taxes, customs fees, and related charges are the responsibility of the customer. If these charges are not paid and the package is returned, additional costs may be incurred to cover the return shipping. In such cases, we will deduct the shipping cost from the refund.
For remote areas, there may be extra charges for Standard Shipping. If this applies to your order, we will contact you before processing the shipment.
3. Shipping Time
The following table provides estimated delivery times under normal conditions. However, please note that delivery times may vary due to customs inspections, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. For the most accurate shipping estimate, please contact us directly.

These delivery times are estimated based on normal shipping conditions. Delivery times can be extended due to customs procedures or other unexpected delays.
4. Order Processing
For in-stock products, we guarantee that your order will be shipped within 48 hours. For custom items, processing may take longer.
Standard Shipping typically takes 2-3 weeks for delivery after shipment. In some cases, especially for certain countries, the shipping time may be extended to 2-3 months depending on customs procedures.
We only offer Standard Shipping via YunExpress and Yanwen Express, and do not offer express shipping or upgrades at this time.
5. Import Taxes & Customs Fees
Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes applicable to their order. If customs fees or the delivery of the parcel are rejected by the recipient, the shipping cost will still be payable, and additional charges may apply for returning the parcel. In such cases, we will deduct the shipping cost from any potential refunds.
6. Order Assistance
Upon receiving your parcel, please carefully inspect its contents and ensure that the package is in good condition before signing. We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video for reference in case of any issues.

- Your order number and a brief description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the issue and parcel details
Our team aims to respond within 3 working days.
7. Order Cancellation
Order cancellations or modifications can be made manually by our team if the order has not yet been processed by our Warehouse Team. Please contact us promptly at support@eweadn.com or via website chat if needed.
8. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking email with your tracking number. If you encounter any issues or do not receive the tracking email, please reach out to our Support Team for assistance.
9. Shipping Carrier
We exclusively ship via YunExpress and Yanwen Express for all orders. Please note that we do not support customer requests for specific carriers or expedited shipping options.
