    What is your return policy?

    We offer a 15-Day No Reason Return Policy. You may return items within 15 days of delivery (based on tracking records) for a refund. Items must be undamaged and include all original accessories.

    How long is the warranty for the GS01?

    We provide a 1-Year Warranty for the keyboard/mouse covering factory defects that affect functionality. This does not cover normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications, or misuse.

    I received an incorrect item. What should I do?

    Please check your package carefully before signing and record an unboxing video. If items are missing or wrong, email us with photos/videos and your order number. Upon confirmation, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

    What if my GS01 arrives damaged or defective?

    If you find a defect within 7 days of delivery, please contact support@eweadn.com immediately with your order number and solid proof (we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video). If verified as a manufacturing defect, we will arrange a replacement and cover the shipping.

    What is the difference between the GS01 Basic Version and the Charging Dock Version?

    The main difference lies in the charging method and accessories:

    • Basic Version: Comes with a standard Type-C cable for wired charging and connection. It does not include a magnetic charging dock.
    • Charging Dock Version: Includes an exclusive magnetic charging dock. You can simply place the mouse on the dock to charge it wirelessly, making it a stylish and convenient addition to your desktop setup.
