Two weeks ago, in Issue #01, we separated shipping from product prices. You told us, clearly, that you would rather see one honest price than a shipping line at checkout. So starting today, most of our mice and a selection of keyboards ship with Free Tracked Shipping: the shipping cost is built into the price, and checkout shows $0.

One Price, Delivered. No Surprise at Checkout.
In Issue #01, a mouse might show $30.99 on the product page and then add $7.99 shipping at checkout. The total was fair, but the extra line arrived at the last step, and many of you told us that felt like a surprise. For the products below, we have moved the shipping cost back into the price. The delivered total is about the same, and what you see on the product page is what you pay.

Look for "Free Tracked Shipping" on the Product Page
The product page shows "Free Tracked Shipping" under the Add to Cart button only when shipping that item to your country is free. If you see plain "Tracked Shipping", standard rates apply to that item.

Keyboards Are Next
Most of our larger keyboards are heavier and still ship from our main warehouse at standard rates, with the regional free-shipping thresholds from Issue #01. We are working on bringing more of them to Free Tracked Shipping, including faster delivery from our US warehouse stock. We will publish every change here, in the next Issue.
