We offer a 15-Day No Reason Return Policy. You may return items within 15 days of delivery (based on tracking records) for a refund. Items must be undamaged and include all original accessories.

We provide a 1-Year Warranty for the keyboard/mouse covering factory defects that affect functionality. This does not cover normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications, or misuse.

Under 1 Year: Send an email with photos/videos of the defect. Once confirmed, we will repair or replace it. We cover return shipping for warranty items (excluding local taxes).

Over 1 Year: Repair service is available, but you must cover two-way shipping fees.

If you find a defect within 7 days of delivery, please contact support@eweadn.com immediately with your order number and solid proof (we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video). If verified as a manufacturing defect, we will arrange a replacement and cover the shipping.

The Z7 uses a convenient Web Driver, so no software installation is required. Simply visit https://hub.eweadn.cn/#/ to customize your mouse settings directly in your browser.

The Z7 features Dual-Mode connectivity: Type-C Wired and 2.4G Wireless (via the included dongle). Please note that this model does not support Bluetooth.

Returns based on personal preference (e.g., sound, appearance, hand feel) are accepted only if the product remains unopened and in its original sealed packaging.
